You must cancel 24 hours before your appointment to avoid fees. If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, you are responsible for 50% of the appointment cost. If you are unable to make it to your appointment and do not let us know, you are responsible for 100% of the appointment cost. Future appointments will not be booked until the fee is paid.
If you are 15 minutes late to your appointment, we can not guarantee service and cancellation fees will apply.
Your satisfaction with our services is our priority. If your color result is not what you and your stylist discussed, we are happy to accommodate you by rectifying any issues you may have up to seven days after your appointment.
**Our color guarantee is VOID if suggested professional products purchased in the salon are not used.
To ensure the safety and comfort of all of our guests, we are no longer able to grant clients the option to bring additional guests to their appointment.
**Parents accompanying minors to their appointment are exempt from this policy.
Credit Card Policy
All clients will be required to provide a credit card to store on file to prevent cancellations and no-shows.
