Salon Policies

To prioritize the customer experience by providing a comfortable and relaxing environment where we provide professional and up to date services that allow our clients to express their individuality and to feel pampered and confident. 

 

We pride ourselves on the talent and education of our stylists and value originality, creativity, honesty and integrity.

Feeling good about ourselves is a fundamental human need; it influences how we interact with each other and gives us common ground. We want to style the world. If we succeed, there is more laughter, more empathy, and more joy.

Cancellation & Late Policy

If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, you are responsible for 50% of the appointment cost.  If you are unable to make it to your appointment and do not let us know, you are responsible for 100% of the appointment cost. Future appointments will not be booked until the fee is paid.

If you are 15 minutes late to your appointment, we can not guarantee service and cancellation fees will apply.

Service Guarantee

Your satisfaction with our services is our priority.  If your color result is not what you and your stylist discussed, we are happy to accommodate you by rectifying any issues you may have up to seven days after your appointment.

**Our color guarantee is VOID if suggested professional products purchased in the salon are not used.

Guest
Policy

To ensure the safety and comfort of all of our guests, we are no longer able to grant clients the option to bring additional guests to their appointment. 

**Parents accompanying minors to their appointment are exempt from this policy.

Deposits & Credit Card Policy

All clients will be required to provide a credit card to store on file to prevent cancellations and no-shows.

Deposits are required for Makeup/Special Occasions appointments and all deposits are non-refundable but will be applied to the total price of the applicable service.

Payment Types Accepted

We accept the following methods of payment:

- All major credit/debit cards

- Salon Gift certificates

- Cash

We cannot accept the following:

- Checks

- Visa Gift Cards
